This allows you to view your cameras from a phone, tablet or computer when away from the premises. We offer remote support via team viewer should you have any issues with your device.
You can use an Apple device, such as an iPhone or iPad (all devices minimum iOS version 12), Android device such as a Samsung Galaxy S10 or (minimum software version 9.x). Other mobile devices may work but are unsupported. Mac OS X 10.12 & above and Windows 10 and above are also supported.
Mobile devices can view cameras & access recordings from the unit remotely (requires the DVR to be connected to broadband) with the mobile device in a 3G/4G/5G area.
Our basic system allows you to record 4 cameras simultaneously with the ability to view, pause, rewind and capture images from the DVR to a USB memory stick. You can also export video to an external drive for backup. We also now offer cloud storage solutions with a wide range of solutions
There are options for your package, including PTZ cameras (Pan, tilt & zoom) and bigger hard drives. We can install as many cameras as necessary to ensure full coverage, with features available such as motion activation record, e-mail alert, push notifications, audio recording via microphone, facial recognition technology & movement tracking. For commercial installations, or multi unit dwellings (MUDs such as blocks of flats) you may requires the cameras to be viewable on the TV system. We can connect your cameras to the integrated reception system (IRS) or MATV/SMATV tiered coaxial cabling system to provide all end users with the camera images.
